We ask that all cancellations be made within 48 hours of the previously scheduled appointment. Although we understand busy schedules, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a 50% (of appointment price) fee. All day-of “no-call, no-show” appointments will result in a 100% appointment cost fee.

Running more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may result in a fee.

Appointments can be made by phone and email, or through your preferred artist’s booking link.

All booked appointments will require a card to be placed on file, in the case of cancellation.
